I always see people in here say they only have such and such amount of dollar to last them 2 weeks or a month..

I get these big packs of chicken from Walmart (price varies, this one happened to be $10.60). We are a family of 4:

I trim the fat off them, butterfly them and cut the pieces accordingly: dice chicken, chicken tenders, chicken breasts.

This time around with 1 Package of chicken I got

2 bags diced chicken (about a cup in each bag, perfect for throwing in Alfredo or a bag of Knorr rice/pasta)

1 bag of 25 count chicken tenders/strips (I makes my own with crushed stuffing mix or breadcrumbs! And 2 eggs,so yummy and easy!)

2 bags of thin chicken breast ,6 in each.( I like to bbq these or just pan fry and season!)

So that is 5 meals out of 1 pack of chicken! And we usually have leftovers!
