2 large zucchinis (about 300 g)
1 onion
1 clove of garlic (optional)
Herbs: parsley, chives…
1 egg
Flour 1 tbsp. spoon
2 tablespoons liquid cream (classic or vegetable)
Salt and pepper
red pepper, curry, Espelette pepper etc…

INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash the zucchinis, dry them and grind finely.
Place a clean tea towel inside and press firmly to extract the water.
Finely chop the onion or garlic and parsley.
Mix with grated zucchini, then add the cream and whole eggs, stir, then stir in the flour, salt, pepper and herbs.
